The Job Application Of Your Life

Imagine this.

You work in a job that doesn’t exactly fulfil you.

So, during work hours, you go browse all kinds of job postings online.

Then you spot your dream job:

Job title: Happiest Person You’ve Ever Been

Employment type: Full time

Good things start here

Hi, we’re Happiness Group. We’re on a mission to be happy, make each other happy and to make this planet a better place to live.

About the role

Could you be our next Happiness Team Member? Come join us to provide great customer experiences (you are both team member and customer – so this role takes some juggling!) and work with enthusiasm and energy at your own pace in your local Happiness store.

Good things you need

* A commitment to taking radical responsibility over your happiness and dreams

* To know your stuff, that includes that being happy all the time is professional BS and that all emotions need to be processed

* To be active – you’ll be on this planet for a long period of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting of your own mood and reaching for your dreams

* The availability to work flexible hours across our Happiness store trading days (including naps, 8 hour sleep, actual work hours, meditation, fun times and more)

* The skills of self-forgiveness, liking yourself (loving yourself is a great skill, too, and it may allow you to be promoted to team leader – let’s start with LIKING yourself), and pouring the occasional bubble bath

* Research skills: The job requires some digging deep, discovering your deepest dreams and biggest fears, and also putting together a vision for how you want to live your life

* To be courageous enough to make changes – there are three things you need to let go of when you want to live your happiest life: attachment to emotions, thoughts AND your old life.

Why Happiness Group?

Why not?

—————

Now, tell me. How are you doing on your application for the job?

Do you think you are up for it?

What would you write in your application letter?

What do you put in your resume/CV?

Would you want the job or does it sounds like too much work?

PS. I work with dreamers.

Whenever you’re ready… If you want to get clearer on your purpose, learn to love yourself, find the courage to step into your vision and make a difference in the world  – let’s have a powerful non-binding conversation! I know you are here for a reason and I’d love to support you further. My support looks like this: You talk. You tell me about your dreams and your struggles. I listen. We play. Your life changes.

I’ve seen it time and time again. I’m ready when you are.

PPS. If you loved this blog post, please share the love with a friend you know would benefit from it. Send it to them via WhatsApp, email it to them, text it to them, ... Whatever you've got to do to get this in their hands. ✨
